The hotel's location is super central! It is close to public transport. The staff were very helpful! The bathroom was really well-stocked. I loved the green option! Guests can opt out of daily housekeeping in exchange for a klein bier.
The towels in our 'superior' room seemed worn.

The room initially looked well kept, but closer inspection revealed issues. The bathroom tap was loose, a minor annoyance. A bigger problem was the noise from the air conditioning unit. It sounded like machinery and made sleep difficult, even with earplugs.

the room was clean and quiet. the room offered necessary amenities. staff members were warm and helpful. breakfast had a fabulous selection. i appreciated the efforts to maintain a 'green hotel.
the gym seemed small and did not seem adequate for a good workout.

Fantastic Hotel, I'm Excited to Return!

The hotel location is excellent. Major attractions are easy walking distance. The staff was very friendly. They respond quickly to requests. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, it was good. I see a nice family and children friendly atmosphere. The hotel is near the train station. It was easy taking a train from the airport.
The train sounds wasn't ideal. People who do not sleep well, trains could disturb. I suggest bring your sleeping aids!

The bedroom was a good size. The room was very clean. I enjoyed an excellent shower. A comfortable bed and quiet rooms ensured restful nights. It was a treat.
